Malvern KIT CAR SHOW 2023
- WITH 2 PLOTS AND PRIME LOCATION.
I hope my efforts will prove fruitful
as being in contact with Peter at the show organisers, have secured
2 plots and is right next to the paying public entrance ( and exit )
so everyone that goes in and out WILL pass the Eagle stand.
But I hope that my efforts wont be in vain, and Eagles will
turn up, so that at the next event the organises dont take away our
spot for 12 cars ( club tents take up 2 car spaces ). for lack of use.
Unfortunately, with the plots being next to the entrance, camping
on *our
site is not welcome by the organisers, but camp site is only 20 m away
( 65 foot ).

Preference given the Eagle Owners club members, thereafter to
none members.
But we normaly have spare space for none members
Due to increasing memberships, we need to know how many eagles
wish to park and display on the stand, and which days
I ( Chairman ) would like to see 10 cars present, which
then dictates the size of pitch we are allocated, once the number is
known,

Club stand size is 20m
x 40m ( 65 feet wide x 131 feet long )

INFO FROM THE ORGANIZERS
The costs
of running the event are less than Stoneleigh so we are pleased to
announce that all kit car drivers
get FREE daily entry to the show. Camping prices
are listed in the brochure for kit car drivers
We will be running a best-presented
club competition (not based on number of vehicles, but
on presentation of your club site) with £250 per event being
given to Addenbrookes Children's Charity and £250 being donated
to a charity of the winning club's choice, kindly sponsored by XCS Designs.
The winning club receives a perpetual trophy and the option to have a prime spot at the following year's
event!
Marquees can be erected on any club site, and you will
be able to camp on any of these sites if you wish to do so, although
we have a designated camping area and I
do prefer the club sites to be occupied by club cars and not tents.
On the Saturday evening we will have live music and a bar
for your enjoyment and hopefully, being in June, the weather will
be glorious!
Chairmans note --
I too would prefer
( want ) the club site to be occupied only by club cars & club tents
( 2 ) and not sleeping tents,
car trailers, mobile homes and toilets
so as to look presentable and professional.
